All of our Garmin Smartwatches are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of manship for a period of ninety days from the date of the original retail purchase. This includes software faults & battery defects.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage. 

This warranty is non transferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. During the warranty period, Watchrunscape shall repair or replace the defective product. Shipping charges and insurance are covered for UK sales but not for sales outside of the UK. However, we will send the exchange free of charge worldwide.

To start a warranty return, you can contact us at support@watchrunscape.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
